Bring vitality and stability to your knees by exploring poses that build strength in the leg muscles as well poses that create space and flexibility.
Yoga works on our whole system and so we will we explore the surrounding areas that affect our knees including the feet, ankles, hips and lower back.
Please note this workshop is not for people with an acute injury.

It's time to end confusion about Tantra, Samkhya, Advaita Vedanta, ,Hatha Yoga, Patanjali Yoga Sutras philosophies and how it relates to yoga as we experince it in the United States. This "stew" of great spiritual philosophies of India is what gives heart to our Yoga asana classes and what helps cultivate the mind. It makes our experience of yoga class a "physical philosophy."
This program is part of the Woodstock Yoga Teacher Training Course. Open to all students. We also offer a special program for certified yoga teachers*
*1:30 -6pm $80* Yoga Teachers can attend for continuing education credit. You will also be given additional assignments
